What is the charge for parking?
-Parking is available at no cost for hotel guests. All parking is outdoors and is self-parking - no valet parking is available.
Is breakfast included in my rate?
-Breakfast is not a standard amenity at the Crowne Plaza. If you would like breakfast included in your rate, please select the "Best Flexible Rate with Breakfast" plan when booking your reservation.
Does the hotel have a shuttle?
-We are proud to offer our guests drop-off only shuttle service 7 days per week every hour on the hour between 8 AM and 8 PM. Our shuttle has a limited capacity of 12 passengers, so please make your reservations in advance at the Front Desk. The hotel shuttle does not make a loop, but rather the following stops on demand, in and around Philadelphia:
- Bala Cynwyd Office Parks
- St. Joseph's University
- Main Street, Manayunk
- 30^th Street Station
- Philadelphia City Hall - 15^th & JFK Street
- Pennsylvania Convention Center - 11^th & Arch Street
For return service to the hotel, we recommend a taxi service or the local SEPTA bus

Will the hotel shuttle pick me up at the airport?
-Our shuttle does not service the Philadelphia International Airport. For shuttle service from the airport, please contact one of the following companies:
